Harry has a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology and is pursuing his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. He is also certified in a range of leadership and executive assessments, including the Korn Ferry Suite, BTS/Bates Executive Presence Index, and the Birkman Signature Suite.

Harry brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including senior operational and middle management roles within a Fortune 30 insurance and financial services organization. Over the past 15 years, he has coached senior leaders across industries while also serving on multiple external corporate advisory boards.
In addition to executive coaching, Harry specializes in executive acceleration, executive team effectiveness, and leadership presence. Known for his positive and trust-building style, clients describe him as a creative thought partner who asks provocative questions in a comfortably challenging way.
