With over 30 years of experience in expression, communication, and human behavior, Supriya brings deep insight into how inner dialogue and external conversations shape leadership impact. Prior to coaching, she spent 20 years in advertising and marketing, working with organizations including Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, Wipro Consumer Products, and Sify.
In addition to executive coaching, Supriya facilitates leadership development experiences focused on executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication with influence. She has coached leaders across manufacturing, technology, finance, hospitality, and retail, partnering with organizations such as Walmart, Cognizant, Bosch, Novo Nordisk, Swiggy, and the Aditya Birla Group. Known for her creative and practical style, she helps leaders reflect deeply, embrace their uniqueness, and create visible, lasting change.
