Charmian is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC). She also integrates the Enneagram into her work as a framework for increasing self-awareness and strengthening relationships.

Charmian brings over 20 years of experience advising and working alongside senior executives globally. Prior to coaching, she was SVP and Director of Strategy at a global advertising agency in Los Angeles. She later founded MilesFurther, leading international strategy and innovation projects for organizations including Procter & Gamble, Philips, Siemens, Beiersdorf, and Merck.
In addition to executive coaching, Charmian facilitates team development experiences that strengthen trust, alignment, and performance. Known for creating a space that is both safe and challenging, she helps leaders step into greater clarity, ownership, and impact. Based in Germany, she coaches in both English and German and brings an international perspective shaped by her background and experience.
