Kimberly has 20+ years of leadership experience in accounting, legal operations, and human resources. At Vanguard, a financial services firm. she led people ranging from entry level employees to leaders of leaders. She also led technical specialists and soft skill trainers. Kimberly led the organization’s global MBA leadership development program for high potential employees.
At Lincoln University, Kimberly teaches undergraduate courses in financial accounting, leadership, management, and human resources management.
Kimberly resides in Delaware with her teenage son.
